2. Change in Billing/Shipping Details

GiftMeDaily does not issue individual confirmations for image quality. Therefore, customers are responsible for ensuring adherence to these instructions.
4. Product Add-ons
Prices printed on products may differ from those shown on www.giftmedaily.com due to processing and delivery variations. Add-on products are limited to one unit per item, and website images are for representation only. In case of damage during transit, replacements or refunds for add-ons will be provided as per our terms.
5. Complaints Regarding Products
We are dedicated to resolving product-related issues. In case of a defect, contact us for support. Replacements may take 10–15 business days. We do not accept returns for products that are tampered with, used, or returned with damaged packaging. To file a complaint, please contact giftmedaily.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
6. Refund Policy
Cancelled orders post-payment will incur a 6% processing fee. Personalized products that are already in production or dispatched are non-refundable. Since processing begins quickly after order placement, please request cancellations promptly via call or WhatsApp at +91 9509428018.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Any errors resulting in failed delivery and reshipping will be chargeable to the customer.
