How to Place an Order

Start by exploring our curated collections, ranging from birthdays and anniversaries to more personalized gifts. Use the filters to narrow down your choices based on recipient, occasion, and category.

  1. Select Your Gift
    Once you’ve found the perfect gift, click on it to view more details. You’ll see the product description, price, and any customization options (such as messages or wrapping). Choose your preferred options and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. Review Your Cart
    When you’re ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of the page. Here, you can review your order, adjust quantities, or remove any items. Make sure everything is just right!

  3. Enter Shipping Information
    Provide the shipping address for your gift. If you’re sending a gift directly to a recipient, we’ll take care to wrap it beautifully and include your personal message. You can also choose your shipping method based on how quickly you need it delivered.

  4. Payment
    Choose your preferred payment method from a variety of options, including credit cards, PayPal, and more. Don’t worry – we use secure payment processing to ensure your details are safe.

  5. Place Your Order
    Double-check all details, then click “Place Order.” You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully processed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to make changes to your order. At GiftMeDaily, we want to make things as easy as possible for you. Here’s what you need to know about canceling an order:

  1. Canceling Before Shipment
    If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours before it has been shipped. Simply contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Provide your order number and request a cancellation.

  2. Canceling After Shipment
    If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to return it (see our Return Policy). However, we cannot cancel or alter an order once it has left our warehouse.

  3. Refunds
    Orders cancelled are subject to a 6% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining refund balance will be credited within 7–10 working days to your original payment method. No refunds are provided for personalized products once production has started or the order has been shipped.

  4. How to Cancel Your Order
    To cancel your order, reach out to our customer service team at support@giftmedaily.com or use our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation so we can handle it promptly.

  5. Special Orders and Custom Gifts
    If your order includes custom or personalized gifts, we may not be able to offer a cancellation once the production process has begun. We will notify you of this in advance to ensure you’re aware of our terms.
