At Gift Me Daily, we craft personalized gifts just for you. We strive for perfection in every order. However, we accept that sometimes issues may arise. Therefore, we have established the following refund, return, and shipping guidelines.
If you cancel your order before production starts, we will process the refund. Orders cancelled after production has begun or after shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations incur a 6% processing fee. We deduct this from the total refundable amount.
We will credit the remaining refund amount to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
We do not accept returns for customized products unless we shipped a wrong item or the product is faulty because of our mistake.
To return such items, they must be in original condition and you must provide proof of purchase.
For non-customized products, you can request a return within 1–5 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Also send an unboxing video—this is mandatory for processing claims.
Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the product within 1–5 days, and the replacement will be delivered within 1–7 days.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If you give wrong or incomplete address information, you may need to cover reshipment charges.
We are not liable for courier or postal delays after the product dispatches.
Orders generally deliver in 3–8 working days from when you place your order.
Courier delays beyond our control do occur. If so, we will update you promptly.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in customized products. All orders must be prepaid via the payment methods shown during checkout.
