Shipping & Delivery
We process and dispatch orders within the mentioned time frame. However, delivery dates may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. In case of a delay, we will inform you immediately.
Returns & Cancellations
As our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If you want to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be possible.
